You've been earning loyalty points on your purchases and completing tasks; now what? Redeeming them is simple, but what you actually get back depends on the firm and the type of challenge you're redeeming. Here's everything you need to know.
How to Redeem Your Points
Log in to your Prop Firm Match account and head to your Member Dashboard. From there, select Redeem Account, choose the firm and challenge size you'd like to redeem, and submit your request. Within 48 hours, our support team will follow up with the next steps to get your redemption processed.
How Many Points You'll Need
The minimum to redeem anything is 2,000 points, but how many you'll actually need depends on the asset class. Forex and Crypto challenges are priced by account size, while Futures challenges are priced by the challenge itself, so each has its own points scale. See the table below for exactly how many points your target challenge requires.

Avoiding the Priciest 30%
Instant Accounts aren't eligible for point redemption, and neither are the priciest 30% of challenges within a given size, sorted highest to lowest.
Here's how to check: Take the challenge size you're redeeming (say, $5K) and count how many firms currently offer it. For example, there are 101 $5K challenges listed. Thirty percent of that is 30.3, rounded up to 31. Sort those 101 challenges from highest price to lowest, and the 31 most expensive ones are off the table for redemption; everything else is fair game.
One thing to watch for: these challenges aren't all priced in the same currency. Make sure you're comparing prices in the same currency before you sort, otherwise you could end up avoiding (or picking) the wrong ones.
