How Do I Report Prop Firm Payouts on PF1

The "Report Payout" feature allows you to log and track the payouts you receive from your prop firms directly inside PF1.

Guide On How to Report a Prop Firm Payout in PF1

1. Log in to your PF1 account

Make sure you are on the Overview page after logging in.


2. Go to the Dashboard

From the top menu, click Dashboard to access your trading account data.


3. Select the Account to Update

  • Click on the Accounts dropdown in the top right corner.


  • From the list of connected accounts, choose the specific prop firm account you want to report the payout for.


4. Open the Actions Menu

Once the account is selected:

  • Click the Actions button.

  • Select "Report Payout" from the dropdown.


5. Fill Out the Payout Form

A popup will appear (as shown in the screenshot). Fill in:

  • Amount ($) – Enter the exact payout amount.

  • Upload Screenshot – Upload a screenshot or file showing proof of the payout (e.g., payment confirmation, bank deposit proof, or prop firm payout statement)

  • Notes – Add any relevant notes about the payout, such as payment method, payout period, or any deductions. (e.g., “August profit split” or “First payout from this account”).


6. Submit the Payout

  • Once all details are entered, click Submit.

  • Your payout will now be recorded in PF1, and your analytics will automatically update to reflect this.


Consistently updating payouts ensures that the Analytics section shows an accurate reflection of your earnings, passing rate, and withdrawable amounts. This turns PF1 into your complete trading performance dashboard.
