How to Use the Analytics Section

The Analytics section in PF1 provides visual insights into your accounts’ performance, fees, profits, and distribution across firms.

The analytics section isn’t just a dashboard , it’s your trading microscope. It gives you real time, account specific performance data that’s broken down into actionable metrics, It breaks down your performance with precision, showing you where you’re leaking profits, and how your risk management holds up over time. By turning raw data into actionable insights, it helps you fine tune your approach to prop trading, trade more confidently, and ultimately improve your consistency.

1. Accessing the Analytics Section

  • Log in to your PF1 dashboard.

  • Navigate to the "Analytics" tab.

  • You’ll see an overview of all accounts, their statuses, and performance metrics.

2. All Accounts Overview

This section gives you a bird’s-eye view of all your connected prop firm accounts in one place. You can instantly see:

  • Combined Performance Data – Overall fees, payouts/withdrawals across all accounts.

  • Firm Specific Data – Keep track of Fees, Payouts, and available withdrawals from each connected firm.

3. Overview Chart

This chart shows:

  • Percentage Distribution of your accounts across all prop firms.

  • Hover over each color segment to see the firm name and percentage.

  • This helps you identify which firms hold the largest share of your trading portfolio.

  • You can view the percentage distribution between your evaluation account and funded account


4. Equity Bankroll & Performance Graph

The Equity Bankroll graph shows:

  • Total Evaluation Fees – How much you’ve spent on challenges.

  • Total Payouts – How much you’ve earned.

  • Net Profit – Total Payouts minus Evaluation Fees.

  • ROI (%) – Your return on investment percentage.

  • Graph Line – Plots your net profit trend over time, helping you see performance patterns.

5. Total Funding

Displays the combined capital from all your funded accounts. It helps you know how much trading power you currently control.

6. Passing Rate

Shows your evaluation pass rate:

  • Evaluations Passed vs Evaluations Failed.

  • Useful for tracking improvement in your challenge performance.


The Analytics section helps you

  • To monitor how much you’ve invested vs. how much you’ve earned.

  • To identify which firms are most profitable for you.

  • To track progress in scaling your funded capital.

  • To spot weaknesses in your evaluation pass rate.
