If a slave account becomes disconnected during copy trading, PF1 will attempt to re-sync missed trades upon reconnection. This process involves checking the current state of the master account and aligning the slave account’s open positions, lot sizes, and trade parameters (such as Stop Loss and Take Profit levels) to match.
However, while the slave account is offline or disconnected, PF1 cannot send any new trade instructions. This means that trades opened, modified, or closed on the master account during the disconnection will not be immediately copied to the slave account.
This recovery process helps minimize the impact of temporary connection issues, ensuring the slave account remains as closely aligned as possible with the master account once the connection is restored. To avoid potential discrepancies, it’s best to maintain a stable internet connection and keep the slave account connected to PF1 at all times.
