Step 2: Head Over to Announcements
Once you’re in your dashboard, navigate to the Announcements section. Here, you’ll be able to view all of your previous announcements and see any upcoming scheduled posts. It’s the place to manage and edit your content before it goes live.
Step 3: Select Publish Announcement
Now that you’re in the Announcements section, click on Publish Announcement to create a new post. You’ll need to fill in the following details:
Title: Choose a catchy, concise title that clearly communicates the essence of your announcement.
Content: Provide all the necessary details about the update you're sharing.
Images: You can add up to 3 optional images to make your announcement more engaging. If you're promoting a specific event or challenge, images can make your post stand out.
Button Link: If you want to link out to another page (e.g., a sign-up form, more details, etc.), include that URL here, and we’ll add a button under your announcement for easy access.
Once you’ve filled in the information, click Submit for Review.

Before your announcement goes live, it will undergo a quick review process. Please remember:
Promotional and Giveaway Announcements: These types of announcements are not allowed and will not be published if submitted.
Approval Process: All announcements, especially promotional ones, need to be approved before they’re made public. Make sure your content aligns with the platform’s guidelines to avoid delays.
