If you believe a trader's review is inaccurate or doesn’t reflect your firm’s services, you can flag it on Prop Firm Match. Simply log in, navigate to the Reviews section, select the review, and fill out a form explaining why it should be flagged. Our compliance team will investigate and take action accordingly.

However, we understand that sometimes reviews may not fully reflect your firm’s services or might contain incorrect information. If you come across a review that you believe is unjustified, here's how you can flag it for review.
Step 1: Log in to Your Firm Account
To get started, log in to your Prop Firm Match account. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your firm’s dashboard, where you can easily access and manage all the reviews left by your traders.
Step 2: Go to the Reviews Section
From your dashboard, navigate to the Reviews section. This is where you’ll find a comprehensive list of all the reviews that traders have left about your firm. Take the time to review them and identify any that may need further action.
Step 3: Select the Review You Want to Flag
Browse through the reviews and choose the one you feel needs to be flagged. Whether it's due to incorrect facts, an unfair portrayal, or anything else, it’s important to select the specific review that doesn’t align with your firm’s standards.
Step 4: Fill Out the Form
Once you've selected the review, you'll be prompted to fill out a form. Be specific about why you're flagging the review and provide clear, detailed reasons for your decision. If applicable, you can also upload up to 6 images that support your case. Once you've filled in the details, click Submit Flag to send your request for investigation.
How Flagged Reviews Are Handled
Once flagged, our Compliance team will carefully review the issue. If the review is found to be based on incorrect facts or an unjustified breach, we’ll take appropriate action. For example, if a review falsely claims that a payout was denied without proper reason, we will reach out to the firm for clarification and facilitate the resolution.
In contested cases, traders may appeal or resubmit their review with additional updates. This ensures that all parties involved have the opportunity to clarify and resolve issues.
